As we move into 2025, we'll continue our efforts to protect and improve  the wages, benefits and working conditions we've gained through our advocacy as IBEW members and our broader efforts in the overall labor movement.  

Legislative sessions will be starting up with the new year, and we'll need to recognize opportunities and threats and educate ourselves on the issues and work together to seize the opportunities and defend against attacks. Please be politically active when you can and support Working Families efforts to create a better life. 

And as always, we'll need to continue to identify our allies, build our  relationships and grow our numbers, so we can ensure that unions and the IBEW will exist for our children and grandchildren. 

Looking forward to working with everyone to grow our union in the New-Year and create a brighter future for our members and their families. Onward & Upward!
