As you’re aware the Washington State Governor’s office instituted a “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order on March 23^rd, that went into full effect on March 25th. The order allowed for some construction to continue if the construction was associated to an essential service.

Attached you’ll find a copy of the National Disease Emergency Response Agreement (NDERA) as well as the updated NDERA Q&A (Second Round).  The NDERA is a nationwide agreement created on March 16^th 2020 between national IBEW and NECA to address the impact(s) of the fast spreading Coronavirus.  The attached Q&A was updated on March 30^th. 

If you are currently working on a jobsite and are genuinely concerned about catching Covid-19 you have rights under the NDERA. (As described in the attached (Q&A) – (NDERA) – Second Round)
